We took Maya to Disneyland for the very first time on the day before she turned three, and she was absolutely enchanted from the moment we walked through the gates.

She loved every ride we took her on, and I loved watching her take it all in. Seeing the characters was a huge hit.

When the rain rolled in, we pulled on our jackets and stayed a couple more hours anyway, splashing through puddles and soaking up the slightly quieter park. It was a sweet, memorable way to kick off her birthday. 

I can't wait for next time.
