Today, we took a staff trip up to see Metropolitan’s newly redesigned exhibit room at the Vista del Lago Visitors Center. It was great to see the new displays but also nice to spend time with my co-workers in a different setting.

I also love how this new job has so many connections to people, places and things from my past jobs – in this case, the years of work we did at DWR to make the rest of the visitor’s center interesting and engaging.
