The Sculpture Garden yo,
famous for the "cherry and the spoon," Good for out-of-towners or
that man or woman you are trying to swoon, About 40 sculptures,
aimlessly scattered around, Look at them long enough, see
why they are profound, Feel free to take pictures, jump on them
and prod, Some of them people hate, some of them people laud,
Beautiful in the fall, yellow, orange, and red leaves scattered all
over, If too cold, peep the giant fish in the green house when
colder, Wander through the garden, if you haven't, yo you gotta
trust, That if you visit Minneapolis, no doubt, this is a must,
Even for people that don't like it, folks got to agree, Can't
really complain too much, since visiting is free, Once you have
seen everything, and it's getting kind of dark, Take a romantic
stroll across the bridge at Thomas Lowry Park.
Oh, and then be sure to stop at The Copper Hen to grab a latte and a
fancy-pants cupcake. |
