With two weeks to go until the curtain officially closes on Governor Schwarzenegger's time in office, Lisa and I were among hundreds of the staff members and supporters invited to a star-studded "Wrap Party" at the Convention Center.

The program included appearances by Sylvester Stallone, Danny DeVito, Tom Arnold and Jay Leno, whose late-night show served as the platform for Schwarzenegger to announce his run in 2003.

Vanessa Williams sang the German-language version of Silent Night ("Your German is perfect," the Governor told her) as well as a rendition of "The Sound of Music" classic song "So Long, Farewell," with Schwarzenegger-inspired lyrics.
