| We culminated a week of events aimed at highlighting water policy issues with a press conference just a couple of miles from home. The Governor, Senator Dianne Feinstein, congressional members Dan Lungren, Doris Matsui and Richard Pombo, and Sacramento's Mayor, toured the Delta in Blackhawk helicopters, then landed in the soccer field where Danny used to play, and walked up to the levee to address the news media. |
