Two Halloweens ago, Jenny, Dave and I took the Duffy out for the evening. The bay and canals were packed with other boards and there were so many trick-or-treaters all over the island. Fast forward to today when we were virtually alone on the bay, and saw no more than a handful of families out and about with costumes.  At least Mother Nature showed her haunting colors as the sun set.
