It was fitting that the site of the wedding was overlooking the road that connects Albany to Tenafly -- a road they've driven hundreds during their courtship. Also nice that the wedding was on Friday the 13th, since their first date was on that day.
The event itself was wonderful -- a lovely ceremony under cloudless skies, followed by great food, drink and music.
I'm so happy to see my buddy find her happily ever after.
