I’m not usually glad to see the holidays come to an end. But this year, Christmas wore out its welcome rather quickly. I am tired of the music. The holiday cards stopped arriving in the mailbox a couple of days ago. And our beautiful and fragrant tree -- which was a symbol of hope and delight on December 24th -- found its way out to gutter before dusk on December 26th.
