We kicked off our girls’ weekend in New York with a stroll through Times Square, soaking in the bright lights and energy. As the sun began to set, we found a nearby rooftop lounge and took in the skyline views, a great way to start the trip.

After a quick wander around Rockefeller Center, we headed to the fabulous Din Tai Fung for dinner. True to form, we ordered far more than we needed. But every bite was worth it and we had absolutely no regrets.
