After many decades of filling the churches in La Cañada and Santa Rosa with music, Mom passed the baton today and took her place in the pews. She's been the steady heart behind countless Sunday and Wednesday services, but now it's time to sit back and enjoy. Of course, she’s still creating her own kind of magic on the piano and keyboard at home -just for a smaller (and lucky) audience. P.S. I spoke too soon. Just a few days later while attending a mid-week service, her church family convinced her to play two of the hymns.  Link
