Spotted this sign today at the Portofino:“Not Haunted.”

Tis the season for ghosts, ghouls, and pumpkin spice everything—but it’s also a reminder of how seriously sellers need to take disclosure rules. From leaky roofs to old wiring, buyers have a right to know what they’re walking into. Haunted houses aren’t on the checklist (at least I don't think so...), but this sign is a funny twist on the idea that nothing should be left in the dark.
