The Governor's Conference for Women is overwhelming and, to be honest, a little frustrating. It's grown so big and so popular that just navigating the crowds can be an ordeal. Still, I wouldn't trade the experience or the opportunity to hear from others who have valuable insights into life's experiences. My list of favorites from this year were Warren Buffet, Condoleezza Rice, Billy Jean King, Bono and Susan Ford.  One very special treat this year was reconnecting with friend and former co-worker Marilyn, who is now runs the convention office at the Hyatt next door. She's an amazing woman too with great wisdom to share about work, family and staying positive. We haven't seen each other in 20-plus years, but picked up right where we left off.
