Who's Quigley? More Photo Album Home

For nearly a year,
we’ve worked with the advertising firm called Quigley-Simpson. Today, we
crossed town to visit their offices. The lobby has a Mad Men vibe and a “Q” shaped balloon sculpture that’s leftover from a holiday party. Throughout the office, the walls are covered with frames telling the stories of various product launches and ad campaigns they’ve worked on over the years. There are a lot of household and cosmetic products from the longstanding partnership with Procter and Gamble, some DVD packaging deals including the 75th anniverary of The Wizard of Oz and the complete Beatles collection, a number of credit card and financial services they’ve helped launch, and of course, our Turn campaign. Some of the team also walked us through a mock-exercise of how they brainstorm ideas and then they shared stories about the history of the company, which was started 21 years ago by two former partners of a bigger ad firm that went under. “Oh, so they were Quigley and Simpson?” we asked. “No. There is no Quigley and no Simpson. They just made up those names.” |
