My friend and former co-worker Clayton Fong is a Deputy Assistant to the President in Bush Administration now and offered to give us a tour of the OEOB (where I worked in 1981) and the West Wing. It was late on Saturday afternoon and the buildings were practically empty so we could take our time. We even got to peak into the Oval Office, but no photos and we were quickly whisked away after the guards reminded Clayton that room was off limits for visitors.
