Spending two days in Sonoma, we saw the devastation of the fall fires contrasted with the always beautiful Russian River. We laughed as mom and dad tried some crazy soda pop (see video) and shed a few tears as we all watch the film, "Dunkirk." On the morning of Christmas Eve, Lisa and Katie went to church in Santa Rosa to hear mom play the organ, and I went up the road a bit to Healdsburg to hear Dad serve as a substitute reader at that their lovely little church. And then we all met up for a Christmas Eve lunch before the girls and I hit the road for Sacramento. Mom Tries Hot Soda
