She's run the Cabana Club's swim lesson program for three years, and before that, helped out Lisa with this huge and often frustrating job. Nearly 500 students each summer, countless helicopter moms, far too many lifeguards who have 'family emergencies' just hours before their shifts, and countless other frustrations. But she's learned about managing staff, organizing, diplomacy, and so many more important life skills. I'm really proud of Katie (and Lisa before her) for doing such a great job as the swim lesson coordinator. Someone's going to have a tough act to follow next year. Video
