I waited patiently (sort of) for today's 5pm deadline for offers -- and then two more hours for my agent to call with the news. When he didn't, I was sure it meant we didn't have offers. But once we finally spoke, there were offers including one very good one. With a fast escrow.
Rather than the month or so I thought I would have to finish clearing out the home, transferring accounts, and handling other details, I have a mere 17 days. But with lots of help from others, we are going to move, donate, giveaway and whatever else we can do to clean the place out.

P.S. Turns out it WAS too good to be true. A week into escrow and following a brutal home inspection report, things fell apart. So, "Back on the Market."
