Half a lifetime ago, Jill and I were roommates for a few months in Washington DC. She worked for a Congressman and I was at the White House and we had a great time. We've seen each other a couple of times since - in Long Beach and near where she lives in rural Idaho. Now that she's retired from the U.S. Forest Service and has a bit more free time, I hope we can find more time for more adventures.
