Little Rock, Arkansas

After we boarded our return flight in Birmingham, the pilot announced we would be making a refueling stop in Little Rock, Arkansas. Seems the plane that usually makes this flight was stuck in Florida, courtesy of Hurricane Ernesto. Our smaller plane didn't have the range to get us all the way to our destination. 

Some passengers grumbled about the added stop, but we didn't mind. Not only did it take us to a state we'd never been to, but we got to see Air Force One, which was sitting on the runway next to us while the President made a swing through the South to commemorate the one year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.
