Metropolitan's water conservation media and outreach campaign won this year's top honors from the American Water Works Association for best communication program by a large public water agency. The conference was in Philadelphia this year, and I was the lucky one chosen to accept the award. I flew out there a day early and Lisa took the train up to meet me.  In addition to lots of sightseeing on foot and on bikes, we had a chance to see our longtime friend Bec Rose who has been living and working there for several years.
