This is the first year of PACE, a new, competitive academic program at the high school that accepted 100 students for its freshman class -including Danny. Before the fall semester begins, there's a four week summer program which includes several field trips. Today, I tagged along as the kids toured and walked the Golden Gate bridge and then got a behind the scenes (and on field) visit to the new PacBell baseball park.
