This weekend, we had small Christmas parties with our co-workers. Friday night was at a Chinese restaurant with my staff from our "CLEAN team" - a new state program we have built from scratch this year to provide loans to pay for cleanups at Brownfields and other industrial sites. And then on Saturday night, we hosted Joe's new co-workers from the construction estimating branch of CalTrans.
