Half of the girls in Katie's Girl Scout Troop chose German food for their cooking project.  After an afternoon of shopping, cutting, mixing, baking, pan frying, and the like, they served up an amazing selection of appetizers, main dishes and desserts. My personal favorite - the apple turnover.
