On Monday night, as I was headed to the airport to pick up Joe, my transmission called it quits. The
same thing happened to my previous minivan at about
the same mileage, so this probably shouldn't have come as a
surprise. But it gave me significant sticker shock, nonetheless. Then today, the IRS informed us today that they have 'recalculated' our 2005 taxes. How nice of them. |
