Ever since 1971
when I wore out my cassette tape of Carole King's Tapestry album, I've
wanted to see her in concert. There were a couple of missed
opportunities over the past few years, when I found out too late that she
had performed. So when I heard about this summer's tour - with James
Taylor at the Hollywood Bowl - I jumped at the chance and
grabbed two tickets.
