Set among ancient handcrafted boats from the South Pacific and a collection of magic figures and other tools of the shaman, I tried to explain to a skeptical audience why a multi-billion dollar investment in water projects would be a good idea. If they could, I think some of them would have cast a secret spell on me - or at least sent me packing in one of these boats.
