This 'WINTER' stands for Women in Non-Traditional Employment Roles and it's a group that trains and finds construction jobs for women in Southern California. A large group of us from Metropolitan attended tonight's event because it's a great cause, one of our co-workers is this years' president, and our boss was one of the honorees.
