The Duffy has been out of commission for a few weeks, but we finally landed an appointment with the repairman. He tightened the belt, and now we will wait for a new one to be ordered and delivered (spoiler alert - that would take many more weeks).  But the interim fix is working well as we found out tonight on this test drive.
