Minnesota and Siren, Wisconsin

It started as a text from Dave who was in Mexico City - a Zillow listing for a home in Siren, Wisconsin. A few days later, he was on a plane to see the place and Jenny filled me in on all the details during a day at Disneyland. By the end of the day, Jenny   asked if I would go with her to take a look before they pulled the trigger on an offer. Three days later, we were headed to Minneapolis. We stayed with her aunt and uncle (who are lots of fun and have a beautiful home) and then we all drove the hour or so up to the lake region to meet the realtor and see the home. We all fell in love with it.  Jenny and Dave put in an offer on Saturday and waited. On Sunday, another buyer made what seemed like a stronger offer - something we found out just as we were boarding the plane back to Long Beach. Jenny and Dave sweetened their offer and then we waited. Somewhere 35,000 feet over middle America, they got word their offer was accepted and - as you can see - it was a very exciting moment.  It was fun to be part of the adventure.
