We nabbed tickets to see 'Six' at the Pantages today, a modern musical retelling of the the six wives of Henry VIII, and then met up with Jerry and Alex for dinner at Cole's in downtown, which lays claim as Los Angeles' oldest continuously running saloon. It's a dark, subterranean place in the basement of the old Pacific Electric Building and is the self-proclaimed home of the French dip sandwich (though nearby Phillipes makes the same claim).
