Another trip to the Saturday on the Square farmers market to see the season's best bounty.

There was a bit of dairy drama a few weeks ago, Lisa told us, when a long-time vendor was kicked out for selling cheese that was made in other plants. This market has a strict producers-only rule and a years-long waiting list to sell here so the back biting must be intense.  Now, cheese-shamed Farmer John is no more and has a booth across the street.

But no matter (at least for us). It's a beautiful showcase on all four sides of the capitol, and the bathroom stop inside the building didn't disappoint either.

Lunch was at the Memorial Union Terrace (Warning: I'll be coming here on every visit -- except when it's below 70 degrees) and then it was off to spend some time to enjoy the music at the Orton Park Festival
