In a year when nothing has been normal, there was no reason to expect the presidential elections would go smoothly. But finally five days after Election Day, the networks were certain enough to call Joe Biden as the winner. Even here in very conservative Rossmoor/Los Alamitos, a lot of people on the street were visibly excited.  And we could finally eat our Joe Biden cookie.
