After taking the White Star ferry across the Harbor to Kowloon, and then navigating a massive maze of a subway station, we set out to find a particular knife shop. And yes, this part of trip felt a lot like an episode of Amazing Race. We went the wrong direction from the main street, but then course-corrected and finally arrived. Alex bought several knives and had not quite enough cash. But after some haggling the deal was done.

Back to Hong Kong Island by subway and (once again) after a few wrong turns and an unnecessary hike up a very (very) steep street, we arrived for a well-deserved lunch of dim sum and duck.
