It was supposed to be a late afternoon Halloween-themed cruise, but as
we pulled away from the Portofino, it was clear that the Duffy had
different plans and was just about dead in the water. With the help of the wind, some paddling and adept albeit powerless steering, we were able to get back. And instead, we had our afternoon happy hour dockside. (A few weeks and a few hundred dollars later, the boat is once again working.) |
